Reasons and solutions for inflexibility of slewing bearing

1. The slewing bearing gear is deformed or broken, resulting in stuck or inflexible movement. Corresponding solution: Repair the gear, re-weld the gear.

2. There is a problem with the sealing system, it will cause the entry of sundries, such as stones, sand, etc. Corresponding solution: clean up all the debris.

3. Overload operation. The corresponding solution: Reduce the workload.

4. The position of the slewing bearing is not flat. Corresponding solution: need to change the platform position and work in a flat position.

5. There is a lack of lubricating grease in the slewing bearing. Corresponding solution: add grease of the same specification or replace all lubricating grease.
