When the two greases are mixed, the performance shown is inferior to any one of the greases before mixing, and incompatibility occurs.

A safe replacement can be ensured from several steps. Paying close attention to details can prevent problems: 1. Ask your grease supplier about product compatibility; 2. Before introducing new grease into the system, use as much old grease as possible. The ideal method of action is to completely eliminate and clean the system before replacement; 3. After adding new grease, the supply of grease should be temporarily increased. This will move the interface (grease mixing area) out of the system as quickly as possible. The added new grease ensures good lubrication and proper sealing. If you ask why, there may be excessively soft grease in the bearing.
