Definition of Non-Standard Bearing

2017-09-17

Generally speaking, it is the bearing that does not conform to the boundary dimension specified in the national standard, that is, the boundary dimension is different from all the bearings specified in the national standard.

Its main characteristics are: low universality, mostly special equipment, special occasion application, small batch, new R & D equipment trial products account for the majority; however, due to its non-scale, batch production, there are not many production enterprises, high cost and high price.

The inner diameter or outer diameter, width (height) and dimension of standard bearing shall conform to the bearing external dimensions specified in GB / T 273.1-2003, GB / T 273.2-1998, GB / T 273.3-1999 or other relevant standards.

The non-standard bearing is the non-standard bearing that can not match the size structure of the standard bearing, that is, the bearing produced according to the customer's requirements. For example, the 50 of the non-standard and the 50 of the internal and external 49 standards are the same. Then the 49 belongs to the non-standard, you have to follow the size structure in the customer's book, otherwise you have no idea whether 49 is the national standard or 50.

There are also different structures. For example, some steel balls have more or less rollers. This kind of roller is rare
