In mid-June 2026, we received an urgent inquiry from an Australian customer for deep groove ball bearings 6317 2Z/P5 and 6314 2Z/P5 — both needed for an immediate spindle motor repair.

A spindle motor on one of their key production machines had suffered a sudden bearing failure, putting the entire line at risk of downtime. Since the equipment is used for precision machining, only P5-grade bearings would meet the requirement. The customer reached out to check our stock availability.
