Imperial J Series

Imperial J Series bearings incorporate sealing elements between the rotating and stationary components to retain lubricant inside the bearing and exclude contaminants. The seal is installed on the outer ring and contacts directly with the inner ring. One-piece seals or shields enable a highly compact design while offering the added benefit of providing early-stage protection for the bearing during and after installation.

Metric K Series

Metric K Series bearings feature a constant, square cross-section. Their primary advantage is the ability to deliver lightweight design and high load capacity in confined spaces. Advantages include lightweight and compact construction, high load-carrying capability, and low friction with high precision. These bearings are available in three types: deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, and four-point contact ball bearings.

Metric J Series

Metric J Series bearings continue the core advantage of constant cross-sectional design—where cross-sectional dimensions remain unchanged with increasing bore diameter—while delivering maintenance-free operation and contamination exclusion via integral seals. Ultra-slim Series

Ultra-slim Series bearings offer a uniquely ultra-thin cross-section and are available for large, lightweight products that support light to medium loads under slow or intermittent operation. Designed primarily for light-load applications focused on weight and space savings, their load ratings assume lightweight shaft and housing configurations. This enables load distribution across a larger ring area compared to traditional heavy-section bearing series.

N Series

N Series bearings feature a special coating that resists corrosion from most organic inorganic compounds in the pH 4–11 range, except for sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. Corrosion is primarily influenced by base metal porosity, corrosive compound concentration, and exposure time. The N Series bearing coating significantly enhances the performance of the base material. In salt spray and tap water immersion tests, the coated AISI 52100 steel exhibits rust resistance equivalent to fully hardened AISI 440C stainless steel.

Stainless Steel Series

Stainless Steel Series bearings are available in Type C deep groove ball bearings, Type A angular contact ball bearings, and Type X four-point contact ball bearings, making them suitable for applications requiring high precision and corrosion resistance. The Stainless Steel Series is equipped with AISI 440C stainless steel balls, which inhibit surface deterioration and the formation of spalling particles—issues commonly encountered in harsh operating environments.

T01 Series

T01 Series bearings feature a Gothic arch-shaped raceway in the rings, enabling a single bearing to simultaneously accommodate three types of loads: radial, axial, and moment loads. Since a single four-point contact ball bearing can replace two bearings and allows for a simpler design, this bearing type is widely specified across many applications.
